Strategic cooperation agreement is signed between China Chengtong Group and Hunan Provincial government

Strategic cooperative frame agreement signing ceremony between China Chengtong Holding group and Hunan Provincial government is hold in Beijing with a bang in March 3. According to the agreement, both sides will enhance the cooperations based on paper industries, logistics and trades to build competitive industries, ascend industrial chain value, promote Hunan regional economic development, and booster rising in central China together.

The central and regional strategic cooperation is highly concerned by interested parties. Shao Ning, deputy director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) under the State Council, and Xu Shousheng, the governor of Hunan provincial people’s government have been presented in the activity and made a speech.

Ma Zhengwu, the chairman of China Chengtong Group has indicated that China Chengtong Group has developed wide service cooperation with Hunan province for years, and developed help-the-poor work in whole village propulsion manner in Jianghua, participated in the economic and social development of Hunan’s economy. This cooperation is the strategic need of “scientific development, enriching people and strengthening province” of Hunan, and also the internal need of China Chengtong Group to strengthen resource allocation capability and advance the international competitiveness of industry. Regarding the signing of the contact as a beginning, Chengtong Group will further solidify and promote the friendly cooperation of both sides, propel the overall and deep developments of Hunan in various services, and help Hunan to build a “double-model” social strategy.

Hong Shuikun, the president of China Chengtong, and Li Youzhi, the assistant of Hunan provincial governor have represented both side to sign on the strategic cooperation frame agreement.

The signing ceremony is reported by tens of important media like the Xinhua News Agency, Economic Daily, Guangming Daily, China News Agency, China Radio International and the like, and local major medias like Hunan Daily and Hunan Television station.
